2019 Prize Recipients

Presenting the 11 recipients of the 2019 Lush Spring Prize.

We received hundreds of nominations, 50 projects and organisations were short-listed for final judging, and the final recipients are drawn from 9 different countries.

 
Intentional Project Awards (£10,000 each), went to the following young and newly developing projects:
Apthapi Comunidades del Vivir Bien (Bolivia)
Laboratorio Sicilia 2030 (Italy)
Ripanu (Ecuador)
Verdegaia (Spain)

Young Project Awards (£20,000 each) went to three winners that have a proven track record and are seeking to expand or develop.
Alianza Ceibo (Ecuador)
Sfruttazero (Diritti a Sud) (Italy)
YICE Uganda (Uganda)

Established Project Awards (£25,000 each) went to two organisations considered to be beacons of regeneration that have withstood the test of time:
Guba (Swaziland)
INSO (Mexico)

The Influence Award (£25,000 each) went to two organisations that are campaigning or lobbying to influence policy, regulation or public opinion in support of regeneration:
ECOLISE (France / Europe)
Zimbabwe Smallholder Organic Farmers Forum (ZIMSOFF) (Zimbabwe)
